Our standard service hours are: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Sunday. If you need immediate assistance please call our 24 Hour Emergency Service number at 330.626.5551

Your requested online appointment for Service or Service Plan will be confirmed by our office staff with a return e-mail or phone call. We confirm all appointments within one (1) business day (24 hours.) However, sometimes internet access or other problems can occur when using automated communications. Please contact us if we have not responded to your service request within 24 hours after you submit your service request.

If you are a requesting a Service Plan please indicate with the drop down below. We will call to confirm and to be certain that the Service Plan being requested is appropriate and set up scheduling based on your feedback.

We ask that you are accessible by phone or present at the service location the day of the requested repair to authorize repairs and payment. We always call to verify your availability approximately 1/2 hour before we arrive at your site. For your convenience we do accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
